Knut Sauer
Dr. Knut Sauer was co-founder and CTO of Arrivo and is Cofounder of Digital Mobility Labs. He received his PhD on “Autonomous Aircraft Landing Using Space-Based Navigation Systems” at Imperial College London and completed an EMBA on Commercial Impact of London’s Congestion Charging at the London School of Economics. He then founded the company Intelligent Navigation Solutions, which was sold to Garmin in 2006. Before Dr. Sauer founded Arrivo in 2016 and Digital Mobility Labs in 2018, he has worked in various management positions at companies such as IBM, Deutsche Telekom, Oliver Wyman and Siemens, always with a focus on mobility. Dr. Sauer represented twice Siemens at the UN Climate Summit. Born in Dresden/Germany, he lives since 2014 with his wife and two children in Los Angeles.
