CHRISTIAN IS PARTNER IN THE CORPORATE AND M&A GROUP.
Christian specialises in M&A, corporate restructuring and joint ventures, with a particular focus on transactions and investments in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Recent transactions include strategic M&A deals in the infrastructure and energy sectors, such as the development, financing, acquisition or disposal of renewables projects and digital infrastructure projects (fibre optic, data centres and mobile broadband tower infrastructure) as well as national and cross-border joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate law advice. Christian’s clients include investors, project developers, telecoms companies, public utilities and banks.
Christian was awarded by “Best Lawyers” and the German business newspaper Handelsblatt in 2024 and 2025 for being “One to watch” as one of the best upcoming German lawyers for his corporate law practice.
Rebecca Trampe-Berger
Rebecca is Counsel in the Regulatory, Public Law & Competition Group.
Rebecca specialises in telecommunications law, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure projects. She provides comprehensive advice on fibre, mobile and data centre expansion projects, both with and without subsidy backgrounds. She also addresses interface issues between the energy and telecommunications sectors, such as smart cities, smart grids, smart metering and IT security issues for critical infrastructures. Her clients include investors, network operators, telecom and energy companies, service providers, project developers and public utilities.
