Objective:

Female Empowerment in the age of AI – the goal is to explore how, so-called female strengths, align with and address the challenges arising from new AI technologies and digital transformation.

Content of the Session:

  • Exploration of the question “How female is AI?” based on traits commonly perceived as female strengths and characteristics
  • Personal challenges and opportunities in the age of AI — an invitation to reflect on one’s own profile in the AI context
  • Organizational perspective: How can personal strengths be leveraged in the transformation process?

  • Combination of short presentations and open discussion
  • Focus on active participation and meaningful exchange among participants
