Nico Grove is managing director and co-founder of kawikani, a M&A and investment boutique for digital infrastructure: www.kawikani.eu.

He is also co-founder of Di4 – community for the promotion of digital infrastructure, investment, innovation, and industry.

He received a PhD with summa cum laude at Prof. Dr. Arnold Picot, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, LMU. He was visiting professor at the CIS, Stanford Law School, Stanford University and headed a professorship for Infrastructure Economics & Management. Before, he was working in strategy consultancy at Accenture Strategy and A.T. Kearney as well as in media production companies for TV broadcasters, as e.g. TV1.DE. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Dipl.-Kfm.) and a Master of Business Research (MBR) degree from the Munich School of Management, LMU, as well as a Master in Economics (MEc) from the Macquarie University Sydney.

Nico serves as board member and is actively engaged in research institutions and associations as e.g. advisory board member of the largest European Competitors Association, BREKO, research board member of the Münchner Kreis, and supports charitable foundations as executive board member (Bianca Vetter Foundation, Pilotraum01 e.V.).
